James was smart in how he approached the negotiations and worked hard to make it all come together. The vendors knew what they were after and weren't easily swayed, but James found a way to bring everyone to the table and worked out a solution that worked for both sides. He's got a really positive and upbeat communication style, always quick to respond and keeps things moving along. When problems came up, he was good at finding ways around them. In the end, we got to a fair deal where both us and the sellers had to give a little to meet somewhere in the middle, which felt right.
