We used Nic Ebert to help us buy our special home on the shore, and it was a no brainer for us to use him to sell the same house some 20 years later. Nic and his helper Misaki both worked hard to help us get the house ready and then marketed in in the best way to maximise our return. We had two very difficult problems involving an error by the Council in the LIM report, and a CCC that required engineers carry out work on our site and many hours pulling it all together and finally getting it over the line.
