We felt drawn to their energy and innovative marketing ideas, and throughout the whole process couldn't have been happier with all they did for us and our property. We knew we didn't need to worry about the last minute things for open homes, as they would always think to turn on any lamp that hadn't been remembered, light all the candles in the house and even baked fresh cookies for the viewers, complete with a dusting of icing sugar! We were first introduced to Abbey and Richard from a family friend. They have developed a strong reputation and proven track record, and now we know why. We enlisted Abbey and Richard to sell our family home. What stood out for us was their their dedication, honesty and their genuine motivation they gave to our campaign to get us the best price possible for our house. We were impressed with the professional marketing program they delivered, and as a result we broke their own records with the number of views on our property (over 12,000 views) and the most number of people through any of their opening weekend open-homes. The price we got for our house even surprised them. We literally had hundreds of people with genuine interest in our house, and they contacted each and every one. Now I'm sure not all agents across Auckland would do that! Most agents would pick a 'hot' 10 or 20 possible buyers and work on those, but not Abbey and Richard - and that's the difference. I could honestly say 'who' across New Zealand would go to the lengths that the Abbey and Richard would go to? These guys are the best, no doubt. Abbey took the stress out of selling our first home, and got us a fantastic result. She was really knowledgeable about the whole process, was always available to answer any questions or provide advice, and she worked really hard to make sure we had the biggest pool of buyers possible. She was friendly and approachable, and had a huge amount of enthusiasm to make sure we got the result we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling their house.
