Energetic, data-driven and focussed
We were struggling with the agent we had initially hired to sell our property, we weren't feeling very positive about the overall experience. Richard and Abbey came highly recommended, they gave us good advise and worked on a strategy to relaunch. They are smart, personable and work relentlessly to achieve results. Good energy, overall a great team!

Excellent in all respects
Abbey went above and beyond in helping us sell our property. Her advice on what to do do get the property ready for sale saved us at least $40,000 dollars. This was because she knew what was important to potential buyers. She was wonderful in keeping us informed. I consider her to be a person of the utmost integrity and would not hesitate to recommend her as a real estate agent.

Unexpected amazing surprise!
Firstly finding the right perfect real estate agent was daunting and hard! Abbey and Richard were recommend to me by Debbie from FindMyAgent. I chose them because of their honest, professional and caring approach! Their work exceeded my expectations and they were so good at what they could do with my home and land. They were so good at reassuring me haha! They worked so hard at everything, finding customers as they could and helped me with services and gave good advices about little things. They did their research and strategies what I couldn’t do when I was at work. I was very surprised and impressed of them. They always communicated very often to ensure that I was informed which was awesome! Therefore, I realised that I have no regrets of choosing and having them as my real estate agents! They become the perfect agent! The auctioneer, Aaron, was a striving confident star! He knew what to do and dealt with experiences. His advice alongside Abbey’s were so helpful. He sure did have a great sense of humor and knew how he makes you smile! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! You all actually are my stars! You deserve the amazing gifts in the end!

Very Professional and trustworthy agent
Abbey and Richard are both very professional, dedicated and trustworthy real estate agents with good understanding of market. Abbey went out of the way to give advice on how to stage our house, what looks good and kept advising at every step. Abbey was patient, calm and never got concerned and kept us calm all the way during the marketing period and during auction. Both Richard and Abbey make a great team. We have no doubt, if we sold again, we would definitely use her again.

Result Driven
Finding agents that keep you informed throughout the whole sales process are a rarity these days, from day one I was informed after each open home /viewing with all feedback given. The professionalism, advise and the result driven team ended up in the desired result of a sale for my property. Over the years I have sold and brought and number of properties in which I have been less than impressed with the service provided from a number of agents, so this was a refreshing experience dealing with Abbey and Richard that give you the confidence in selling your property. If you want a down to earth team that can relate on all levels I would highly recommend them.
