We left it to our daughters to interview and collect appraisals from several agents. We had built our precious home and had lived there for 42 years, so we had no recent home selling experience. Selling a home can be a confusing time and is always emotional. Jackie and Jane were selected because it was felt they would be the right fit for us, and one of our daughters had first-hand experience on how they worked as she had both sold and purchased through them. Their appraisal was carefully considered, it was not the highest, but we liked their approach, and our selling price was very close to where they had placed our property, so they know their local market. At the time of listing, they met with us at the retirement home to clearly explain the process, and we received texts after every open home, a written weekly report, and a coffee meeting too. We were kept in the loop during the whole process, there were no surprises, and we were always fully informed. On tender day, the acting manager took part in our meet up to discuss the tender we had received, there was no pressure placed on us, just kind advice. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we sold for a very fair price to a family who will go on to enjoy our home for many years to come. Jackie and Jane have worked together for 18 years, they are good honest hard-working agents who care about their clients, and we can absolutely recommend them to anybody thinking of selling.

Jane was just excellent. Always available, totally flexible, attentive to requests, and ready with the much needed honest advice. The taxi car and gorgeous dogs that wait quietly and patiently inside (with the windows fully rolled down!) are icing on the cake of a wonderful experience. Wouldn't think of using anyone other than Jane again and her partner in success, Jackie.
