We went through accepted offers that fell through after inspection, multi offer situations and an accepted offer that the vendor backed out of. Through it all Susan was there for us offering advice and support. She spent hours with us at countless open homes. Negotiated for us. Put together contracts. Looked after our kids a little :). Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

I liked the video he produced for Instagram, it was eye catching and showed his personality. Andrew talked me through the appraisal and explained the house sale process in detail which gave me confidence that he was the right agent for me. I liked how he kept in touch after each viewing and open home with numbers and details of potential buyers. I felt I was informed at all stages of the selling process and this helped me feel more relaxed and I could enjoy the process instead of feeling stressed. I wasn't confident about going to auction but Andrew explained the benefits of it and I was able to make the correct decision to go to auction after our discussion. Overall I would say that Andrew was an attentive and friendly agent who showed how well he knew the market and how he understood how buyers approached viewings. I was able to prepare the house for sale, obtain a builders report and leave Andrew to his job.

I initially contacted Andrew regarding the sale price of a property he sold in my area. I found him very personable, professional & helpful. He seemed to have good knowledge of the area. When I was ready to sell I invited him in to my home to have a chat about selling. He was patient with me as I had a few things to do to my house, but I always knew I was going to list with him. His partner, Helen was out with some buyers….after finding out their needs she decided my house sounded perfect. An agency agreement was signed up so they were able to bring them through. The buyers were very keen & subsequently put an offer in which after some negotiating was accepted by myself.
