Exceptional Service for Out-Of-Town Vendors
Phil was recommended by a family member to help us sell our rental property. We live outside of the Auckland area so we required an agent who could help us to prepare the house for sale as well as market and sell the property. Phil and his team did not disappoint! They arranged quotes from the trades people we required. Ensured they had access to the property to carry out the repairs and renovations to get the property ready for sale, all the while keeping us up-to-date with progress by phone and email. All the paperwork required for the sale and purchase agreement was sent through to us and any questions we had were answered quickly. Phil advised us on the best type of sale for our particular property which ensured we had a quick sale with a favourable result for us and the new owners. Team Mitchell went the extra mile for us.

Andrew always went above and beyond
Andrew is a really great guy. He made the process of buying our first ever home really smooth and easy.
