After 50 years in the same house we decided that it was time to move into a retirement village. A very wise move as the advice received from Andrew was invaluable and we had no hesitation in entrusting him with sale of our house. We had the amazing privilege of having Shirley Lee as our agent for the sale of our property. Throughout this entire journey, everything was very clearly explained and we felt very confident that everything was moving along well. Always easy to reach, answers to any question big or small came immediately. At no point did we feel pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Timely would be an understatement. A lot of effort and thought went into the preparation phase, with every detail scrutinised, no rock left unturned. With this all in play, our property was spectacularly presented and put up on the market, and just a short month later it was sold at auction. After all was signed, sealed and delivered, we were still actively engaged to ensure we were happy with all the proceedings. This provided a strong sense of reassurance that all was a success, and showed us that Shirley takes great pride in her work. Overall, we can't recommend Shirley enough. Ian (ably assisted by Diane) exceeded our expectations in every way. His initial appraisal of our property's place in the market & likely price range were fully confirmed. His marketing programme yielded a great response both in viewers & attenders, & in the final auction process. His availability & valuable counsel, together with his genuine & friendly manner, fully tested by a couple of speed bumps created by a delayed title ownership issue & a late small house leak problem (resulting in a last minute change of auction timing), were exemplary. The best agent(s) I have dealt with. I would absolutely recommend his services.

Ann originally sold us the house at 1 Cranston Street, Torbay in 2006. She impressed me back then and kept in contact over the years. When I finally made the decision to sell, there was only one person that I felt comfortable with to do that. Ann has made the whole process less stressful though I'm not sure Indie the indoor cat felt the same way during open homes!

When we decided to sell up and make the move into a retirement village, it was the first time we had been in the market for 37 years and it was a little daunting.
