Wendy has recently done an excellent job for us, arranging to list, show and ultimately sell our investment property in Waiake. It was not an easy assignment: the house, which had been tenanted for ten years, required some touch up work and, since we the owners live on the other side of the world, Wendy had to sort this all out herself. She then arranged a comprehensive online marketing package and an intensive programme of show days to achieve the best possible sale result for us in the limited period that we had agreed on for this purpose. Wendy's communication was excellent: she was always available to talk with us and to keep us up to date with the latest developments concerning our property, even though there was a big difference in time-zones between us. We were thrilled when Wendy brought us what was effectively an unconditional offer that we were able to work with, and within the space of six hours after receiving it we were able to agree on a sale price and sign an agreement with the purchasers.
