David and Iris provided great service and expert advice around selling our property and how to market the property. Unfortunately, the home was flooded in 2023 and whilst repairs were made and the property was basically brand new, it proved difficult to sell. David and his team never gave up and worked tirelessly to get us an outcome we were happy with. Also worth mentioning we are currently living overseas, they went above and beyond looking after the property and keeping in touch with us. We are thankful for their guidance and help navigating through our journey to sell.

Bec is amazing - I don’t even know where to start! This was my first home so I was very uneducated on the process but Bec explained things in a way that I would understand which made it much easier. She was also very patient and kept on top of everything. With it being my first home I didn’t have many contacts when it came to builders and a solicitor but she had great recommendations. There definitely were a few bumps out of our control but Bec always kept calm and positive and we made it there in the end. Without her I don’t know if I would have gone unconditional on this house!
