Can't speak highly enough about Charles and his team. He knows the market and how to get the best for you. Easy to talk to and always good for a bit of banter. I have both bought and sold through him and have never been disappointed.

We have now sold (and bought) a few properties through Charles of Harcourts over the years and always find him trustworthy and persistent in trying to get the right outcome for us. The market has been sluggish lately and Charles remained steadfastly optimistic that “the right buyer for us was out there”. And they were. He went way beyond what I would ordinarily expect a real estate agent to do e.g. facilitating getting council required inspections, organising to get blinds fixed, disposing of excess furniture. He also is great in communicating even when there’s no new news and transactions are done face to face rather than electronically.

We had an initial interest in the Bournemouth Terrace property and made a conditional offer on selling our Mangawhai Heads home.Unfortunately the reality of the subdued market meant our offer lapsed and Bournemouth and our property were both withdrawn from active marketing. Charles kept in touch with us and updated us on what was happening in an informative positive way. When we had renewed interest in our property Charles was in touch and we were able to resurrect the offer process for Bournemouth. It fair to say the process yielded a positive result given the reality of a challenging market.Charles was instrumental in achieving a win/win result for both purchaser and vendor.
