In December of 2025 a wandering Harcourts agent happened upon me in the garden of our home in Tranquil Glade Hillcrest, inquiring of our appetite to sell our property. While not the first to make this approach, he was by far the most endearing, engaging, and personable sales person to do so. Mr Reuben Pillsbury presented as an easygoing gentleman more interested in how he could be of service than how he could make a coin. I was interested to see how long that would last, so we opened up the discussion. I am very happy to attest that Reuben's approach of service to his clients lasted well beyond the successful sale of our home. Reuben's communications throughout the entire process were exemplary, occasionally less formal as our rapport grew, but always meaningful, and his background in media and communications enabled a very professional video of the property that we are certain piqued the extraordinary interest in our property. Jonathan was not the listing agent on the property I bought (we could not get hold of the listing agent to arrange a viewing), so we had to find a different agent to show us through. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile from day one. It was definitely a rather challenging purchase and stressful, but Jonathan remained cheerful and helpful and positive the whole way through. He was great to deal with & I would definitely work with him again and I would happily recommend him to others!! Very happy result!

We first met Brock Carr Harcourts Cooper and Co (Albany) when he helped our daughter and her partner in to their first house. He went the extra mile to ensure he represented their interests through the negotiating process with an agent / company who we felt fell short of a professional standard. We decided to sell soon after and asked Brock for an appraisal, fully intending to get appraisals with agents we were familiar with in the area. We were so impressed with Brock's appraisal, fully supported by his manager Jackie throughout, that we decided to sign with him without getting any further appraisal. He was thoroughly professional throughout the process, for a relative beginner, his knowledge of the industry, the support from the broader Harcourts team and his willingness to learn was very reassuring. His fresh ideas and enthusiasm was infectious, constantly thinking and rethinking his approach. As we understand it our property consistently broke open day attendance records throughout the marketing campaign, due in part to Brock's hard work and innovative approach. We couldn't have asked for more. He was always providing advice, available when we had questions and worked incredibly hard to stay engaged with potential buyers showing interest in the property. We were both uncertain about going to auction because of prior experiences and on the day of the auction we were very nervous but Brock and the team were incredible. We were happy with the outcome but we were also both happy for Brock who appraised, listed and sold (through the auctioneer) our house. Well presented and eager to get to work. Polite, well mannered and a sense of humour. Mayad convinced us that auction was the best way to sell our house despite resistance from us. Tracey was awesome throughout the process from start to end. She was very helpful in terms of how to present the home for maximum benefit.
