Highly Recommend - Excellent Agent!

As first time home buyers, we felt incredibly lucky that Logan was the seller's real estate agent for the home we wanted to buy. Unlike other seller's agents, Logan was honest, trustworthy, friendly and above all else communicative - exactly what you need as an anxious first time buyer! We'd had previous experience with seller's agents where we'd been messed around and lied to, so working with Logan felt like a breath of fresh air. And whilst in our particular situation, Logan was working for the Seller, he really took care of us and our interests, understood any concerns we had regarding due diligence of the property and worked really hard with the Seller and advocated for us. He got things organised and made sure everything was taken care of before settlement. We are really grateful for all Logan's help during our first time home experience, and if we ever decide to sell it will be Logan who we reach out to. He is such a great down to earth and trustworthy guy. I would imagine would be an incredible buyers agent, we have recommended him to a few friends who are looking to buy, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
