Celia and Micaela have long term real estate knowledge, and long term experience of working together. This is the second property they have sold for me, with both sales having a degree of pressure for me completely separate to anything to do with them both. They also coped with this side of both sales incredibly well, so between their actual logistical etc ability, knowledge and empathy they are great agents. Also really fast to do their work when a change in advertising or whatever was required.

In difficult circumstances for me (based overseas and selling as executor of a deceased estate) Doug was always extremely helpful (indeed going far beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent). He guided me through an unfamiliar process and was always happy to explain things. Given the 13 hour time difference he was always happy to take calls and respond to messages at what must have been quite inconvenient times for him. Right from the outset I had full trust in Doug and the advice he provided. We might have ended up with a slightly unconventional sales situation but I was always happy with the approach we took.
