Incredibly motivated Team a display of true professionalism and a stunning result
We met Celia and Micaela at an open home however when it came time to sell our house we knew they were the team who we wanted to work with. Team Challis are very motivated with wide ranging industry and media contacts. They have a frank professionalism to their approach that we appreciated knowing at the time that we were selling in a challenging market with our home being in a higher price bracket and constructed to a higher standard than other sales occuring around us. Team Challis efforts bought the viewers flocking to our open homes all the while during sever weather events and again in a challenging market. They sold our house at Auction for way above the registered valuation. Multiple times during the campaign I considered in full appreciation of their efforts that I was very glad that we had them working hard for us and doing the negotiations pre auction and on the Auction day their team was incredible. I hear our experience is not unique when working with these folks and I would not hesitate to suggest or recommend Celia and Micaela to others looking to sell.

Great advice and information, and smoothly
They've been so helpful, and really really trying so hard and, being awesome to us. These days are very difficult to sell houses because marketing property prices have been going down, so they explained that, and same time, still they understood our feelings, however they tried so hard for us. Until the very last minute! They are so fantastic. Thank them so much for all greatly hard work 💜

Knows the market extremely well and very thorough and patient
The selling process was straightforward with clear communications throughout making for a stress free sale. Both Celia and Micaela demonstrated much care and attention to details with great patience navigating our older parents. Communications across all parties professional and considerate answering questions promptly and ensuring complete understanding. Both made what is a stressful process stress free and very personable.
