From the moment we first met Nicky we knew we were in good hands. We spoke with a few real estate companies given this was our first sale and Nicky was different. She didn’t over promise an unrealistic price to get our business, she was prompt with her communication, did her homework and was friendly and respectful. Not once did she push us to proceed but gave us honest recommendations. Selling a house is challenging letting alone the fact we went into lockdown as soon as we listed. Nicky worked her socks of to find us a good buyers, she kept us in the loop and took away the stress from us.
