Very Professional
Since our intial discussion with Nicky & Georgia with looking to sell our property they have been absolutely amazing. We have been kept in contact with everything regarding the sale of our house. Helpful, personable, professional and got our house sold!
We signed up with Nicky and her team last year. We hoped to get the house on the market soon. Their amazing team tidied up the gardens, put new flooring in the bathrooms, a new hand basin in the bathroom and washed the house, driveway and decks to get the house ready for the market. While doing this we realised we need a new ensuite shower installed. Nicky, Mark and Georgia project managed it all for us. It made it so painless. They were great communicating with our tenant to sort everything too. Any time I had a question they were happy to help and showed they genuinely wanted to make the process as seamless as possible. Despite all these renovations and a dropping Auckland house market we managed to get a sold sticker up!

Know what they’re doing!
We were very motivated sellers, and Team Malloy did a great job getting us a sale in a tough market. Great communication and insight as to bits and pieces we can do to give ourselves the best chance of getting a sale. The Malloys sold us our last home, and we clicked so well with them we had to go back when we went looking for a new forever home and they took us to many different private viewings before we found our new home and gave us the perfect advise when approaching the vendors for pre auction negotiations!

Every step of the way Nicky and her team were there to answer questions and give advice not only about the sale of our house but with the purchase of our new house too. They are very professional but also very relaxed. They also have a good client base and good exposure through West Auckland. Having the use of the moving truck was also and awesome bonus. Inder was wonderful to work with. He sold my house during the times when real estate market was going through the major downfall and that too in reasonable price. He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful I wouldn’t work with anyone else! He is very professional very nice. He knew what we were looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant.
