In the few weeks we were on the market Michelle kept us up to date with progress and answered my queries regardless of the time of day or night. When looking for a new home in another town Michelle guided us by using her knowledge of the market to assess property values and possible pitfalls of houses we were interested in. Ultimately this gave us more confidence to buy wisely. From the moment I met Amy at an open home she went above and beyond to help me secure the property I had fallen in love with. I am an out of town buyer and was going to be travelling, out of cell signal the day after I viewed the property. Amy worked into the (Friday!) night to help me prepare an offer, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with the process the whole way through.
