Michelle Pope

Michelle kept us in the loop throughout the sale process, and went above and beyond to help with everything including looking after our cat while she had customers through the house. Probably your best agent at harcourts, you should be proud.

Michelle was always quick to reply and answer our multiple questions. Her knowledge of the property and surrounding area was helpful. Michelle was professional and explained the whole process clearly.

Great communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills and all round professionalism

Communication and negotiation skills were great. Michelle is very professional and thoughtful, and was good at changing the house presentation to keep things fresh and potential buyers interested. She has been a pleasure to work with and has done a great job in a currently very difficult market. Thank you!

We are a family that moved home to Blenheim after living overseas. We came across Michelle when we first started looking for houses. She made it her personal mission to find us the perfect family home. She communicated with us weekly, sent emails and messages with houses that may be of interest and helped us secure our first family home. We have loved working with Michelle!

Michelle was fantastic at helping us finding a property. We had some hiccups beyond Harcourt's control along the way and Michelle worked tirelessly to help us reach solutions and ultimately settle into our forever home. Michelle has local market knowledge and helps match properties to the needs of the client. She helped us make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
