Great service
The Harcourts agents were fabulous, super welcoming and knowledgeable. Theapplication process was simple to follow. Their communication was super fast and to the point which we valued as we were on a time frame for securing a house. Over all a great experience!

Well based.
Appreciated the fast response to finding a new suitable remnant for my property. Would have liked to have an opportunity to personally view the applicants paperwork. This was afforded to me for selection of my previous tenants

Excellent experience
We are currently living at 114 Charles Street, and it has been an excellent choice for our family. The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to my daughter's school and our workplaces, which makes daily routines so much easier. The house meets all our needs, and we are 100% satisfied with the comfort and practicality it offers. Additionally, the neighborhood is peaceful and safe, adding to our overall positive experience. This home has truly enhanced our lifestyle, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here.

Dealing with Darren was great. Enthusiastic, professional, helpful and straightforward. After being let down by other rental agent, it was really refreshing to deal with a manager that is getting things done as he promised. Highly recommended
