My Agent Caz nailed it. Was a longer than normal process, had a few possibles, sadly me not being able to rent my house for longer and credit checks eliminated a few. So creative advertising came into play. This worked incredibly well. Tenants moved in 1 week later. Communication was 110% nothing to hard to change, to do, to find out. I'm flexible and appreciate that we trust each other's requirements. Emails back and forward, I'm currently in Bali so time differance was our only problem. I have recently had my previous tenants move out and Michelle has assisted me with getting quotations for painting the interior of the house and replacing flooring, prior to the new tenants moving it. I am based in Australia and it would have been very difficult to arrange trades for redecorating etc from Australia.
