Sale Opinion
Julian made the process easy and I feel I was an easy client as well. I am very grateful the property has sold and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have liked to have had more feedback from him or the girls more often in the early stages, prior to auction. I felt they did not keep me up to date as much as they could have. Apart from that I was very happy with things. I have written that the price was below my expectations. It was lower than Julian's and other agents' appraisals. However I am aware that the market is perhaps a bit flat and it was my wish to move the property on rather than hold out for a higher price and still own it in 3-6 months time.

Julian and his team are the best!
Julian is incredibly hard working and really goes the extra mile. His market knowledge is incredible and he answered all of our questions promptly. Genuine friendliness always helpful
Sophie was pleasant and ready to answer questions whenever something came up. If she couldn't attend by coming out or where we wanted to view the property she gladly arranged someone to step in. It was pleasant working with Sophie and her colleagues never feeling pressured and all made sure we had all information in hand. Very thorough throughout.

Friendly and cheerful
I found Sophie a genuine friendly and cheery person. Very pleasant to deal with and helpful as well. Overall she kept in touch appropriately although with juggling with children some communications were slower than I hoped for - but they did come😊😎.
