Barbara was very efficient and friendly. She was in contact with us every week and kept us updated with any interest in our property. She informed us immediately when the buyer wanted to look at our property and told us afterwards how the viewing went. Barbara kept us up to date on the whole process. We were nervous but she calmed us down with her professional manner and knowledge of the whole process. We would definitely use her again if we ever sold another property. We would recommend her to everyone.

Shey was excellent to deal with during the sale of my property. She was also very patient when we were buying another property - can't have been easy! With the property sale, her market knowledge was very good, presumably with the backup of the rest of the Harcourts team. She was always professional & her communication was excellent - I had to get a new cellphone just to cope! She was always enthusiastic & optimistic, even if I wasn't. I would be very happy to recommend Shey to other prospective property sellers or buyers.
