Totally exceeded expectations
I knew Sam was going to be amazing right from our very first interaction. I emailed her at 8pm at night, not expecting a response for a day or so. Sam responded within half an hour that night with a genuine excitement that lasted our whole house hunting journey! I never thought I would buy a house, so the whole process was entirely foreign to me. Sam made everything so manageable, and even fun. She answered all my (many) questions quickly and professionally & never made me feel like a burden. Liaising with agents on my behalf, and working around my schedule really took a mental load off of me and I can't thank Sam enough. Sam is such a genuinely wonderful person who is totally amazing at what she does, her team is so lucky to have her!

An incredible agent who goes above and beyond!
Cheryl was an absolutely fantastic agent! She was very knowledgeable and knew the area I was selling my house in really well. She was great at keeping in touch and explained everything clearly about the selling process. She was always quick to respond to my emails and texts and keep me updated. When we encountered a few bumps prior to going to market she was incredible and did lots of work to find out information and get everything back on track which was very very appreciated!! She was so lovely to work with and I was very very happy with the outcome of selling my house. Cheryl helped me get a lot more than I expected which was amazing!!! Would 100% recommend her to anyone and will def use her again in future if we are buying/selling.
