From the outset Karl's approach was very transparent and clear. While he was inviting my input, he was also happy to provide his expert advice as to the most appropriate strategy to market the house. He provided lots of market information which enabled me to formulate a realistic and satisfactory price, which he did not ask me to share with him. I loved the fact that he was not overly demanding on how to make the house market ready. It must have worked well both ways, because my house was sold in 5 days at exactly the price I wanted.
