Karl took the stress out of selling our house. He was so knowledgable and very commited to getting us a good buyer and price. He had excellent tips for presentation. At no time did we feel pressured time wise to sell before we were happy with the offer. After a sale with short completion at the buyers request he assisted in liasing between us and the buyer so we could sort out some extra repairs and admin that needed doing whilst maintaining the new owners privacy.
