First time selling made easy

Steph did an amazing job with our recent house sale in Beachlands. This was our first home and therefore the first time we’d been through the process as a seller - Steph was very knowledgeable and willing to talk us through every step to make sure we knew what was happening, why it was happening and what would happen next. She was always easy to get hold off, open to listening and offered sound advice. We’d highly recommend Steph to anyone looking to sell their property.

Buying with Craig

Craig was fantastic from the very first viewing of the open home. He answered all our questions or got the answers that he didnt have. Nothing was too difficult. Once we decided to attempt to purchase he got all documents to us and helped with it all. He contacted me daily with updates and bent over backwards to make sure everything was ready to go. We did a pre auction offer, he liased with the vendors and was there on the day of the auction. He is still keeping me updated. I have to say he made the experience an easy and pleasant one considering buying a house can have its stresses. We couldnt be happier with his service hes even become someone I quite like to have a chat too. Incredibly easy to talk too and always answers his phone. Thank you so much Craig!
