Great support and communication
I had been following Tammy's business and seeing the results so decided to contact Tammy to sell my property. Right from the start there was great communication, problem solving and finding solutions to effect the best deal for both parties in the sale and purchase of the property. I wouldn't hesitate to employ Tammy McDougall or recommend her to others when selling or purchasing a property.

Stress free
Working with Tammy for the sale of my house was a breeze. In my conversations with her prior to listing it was obvious that she has an extensive knowledge of the current housing market. She was professional, confident and friendly. I was able to leave everything regarding the sale to her and not give it a second thought, as I knew I was in good hands. She used different strategies, including staging which I believe greatly assisted in the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Tammy to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Very easy from beginning to the end. Perfect.

Easy, clear and made me excited about the process of buying a house.
As a first home buyer I was a bit nervous and worried about the whole process of buying a home. Della made all of it seem very easy and stress free, whenever I had any questions or asked anything of her she was always happy to help. I am also very appreciative of how she opened up the house to me and my family one Sunday afternoon and also went out of her way to check the fridge dimensions for as well.
