First class
We bought our first home through Tammy and the Harcourts Ashburton team. After a few years they managed the same house as our rental, and recently when we decided to move abroad. Tammy sold our house with a quick turnaround time at our asking price. Remarkable if we consider the market. But it isn't just that they get the job done multiple times, it's most importantly the manner in which they do business. They listen, understand and deliver with customer first values. Above & Beyond Anything We Asked For
Tammy has gone above & beyond what we ever expected. We have sold and brought through her. Our experience buying has been so easy, straight forward & simple. She has answered every question we have ever asked no matter the day or time. Her knowledge of real estate is truely amazing. Buying has been such a wonderful experience and we would do it 10x again with Tammy. She was also absolutely amazing with our 2 young children they have absolutely adored seeing her. Selling My House at 2/74 Melcombe Street ,Tinwald
Della was great, from the time Della gave me my appraisal until the Sold sign went up she was very communicative and kept me up to date with what was going on . Also Della was very informative and helped me with Questions I had about the housing market and also answered any questions or concerns I had with lawyers and other real estates. I would highly recommend Della to anyone who is selling or buying a house, she is very professional, knowledgeable and an all around nice and friendly person.

Great communication from Della made for less stressful experience as first home buyers.
From the first dealings with Della at the open home right through to settlement we have found her friendly, helpful and informative. Although she works for the vendor, as purchasers she was always available to answer or assist with any questions or problems we had during the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was always happy to work in with anything we required, liaising with builders etc. to arrange inspections. She kept us well informed at all times on the processes and expectations we should have. Always with a smile and warm welcome.

Amazing Result
In just 4 days Tammy brought me a strong offer which was quickly accepted and has since proved to be an unconditional sale. It must have been her online marketing strategy as her buyers are moving into the Ashburton District. Tammy worked hard in those 4 days.
