Professional, experienced guiding hand who handled our negotiation calmly and efficiently.
We purchased in Alex in Sept, 2022. Andrew had the listing. We went through the property 3 or 4 times in the space of a week, so placed pretty intense demands on Andrew, who stayed calm and affable at all times. Once we made our offer Andrew really shone. Very experienced guiding hand, very prompt liaison with vendor, great feedback and CALM. We could not have asked for more. Since moving here Andrew has stayed in our lives, checking in to make sure we are settled and happy (we are!). We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Great success
Andrew came in, took over the stress of the sale, and literally made it happen. Great marketing, great sales plan and just handled all the enquiries with ease. Kept us up-to-date on enquiries, process and just eliminated the anxiousness. Great result. Totally recommend 👌

Easy to deal with, pretty cruisy
Andrew was fast to respond to our initial approach, and easy to deal with by text, email and phone. He met us at site promptly and was responsive through the S&P process. We would deal with Andrew again.

Huge Thanks
I would like to say a huge thanks Brigitte Paterson for all support in our house buying journey. We are new in town, and were looking for our "central Otago dream house" We were personally in a very stressful situation when purchasing our new home and were "hard work" buyers who gave Brigitte a run for her money. And I mean we were hard work. Brigitte took all of it in her stride and was the ultimate professional in dealing with us through the stress to help us get the sale over the line. There was a period of time after we went unconditional on the property, too ownership of the property; and Brigitte went out of her way to accommodate all our requests for coming to the property for quotes, builders and electricians etc. It was a time-consuming process for her. After all our stress, Bridgette welcomed us into our dream home, in Roxburgh with bubbly, local restaurant vouchers and cleaning gear. I can’t recommend her enough. Brigitte made a difficult job easier
The sale of the properties was never going to be easy, as We live out of town & couldn't always be there to sort any extra challenges that arose, but Brigitte was glad to help out to make the whole process smoother. The result was that a decent amount was obtained in both sales & what could have been a long difficult process was handled efficiently. I would unreservedly recommend Brigitte to anyone looking at buying or selling property

Brigette made what could have been a really stressful sale so easy and stress free.
Apart from a short time when we were preparing the house for sale, this sale was done remotely. Right from there start Brigette provided the best advice and kept in touch - she always returned calls if she couldn't answer straight away. During the sale she gave us up front feed back and negotiated the sale to our best advantage. Can't recommend Brigette highly enough.

Results well exceeded expectations.
Brigitte knew the market well and knew how to attract the right buyers. We were out of town, so was excellent as communicating with our tenants, and showing them the utmost respect while arranging viewings, photos and open homes. Kept us well informed at all times. Dealt with many enquires from further afield, and some tricky questions, which she found the information for with no trouble. I would recommend Brigette to anyone, as the results we received under her guidance were well above what we expected.
