About Andrew

Andrew’s award-winning real estate career spans more than two decades of consistently delivering successful results and a positive experience for his many clients. The goal of any property seller in today’s market should be to harness the short supply of available listings to generate maximum competition amongst buyers. Doing this requires strong marketing campaigns in both print and digital media, excellent networks of property buyers and an understanding of the nuances in negotiations and dialogues in selling. Andrew’s skillset is exactly this and, with extensive experience and knowledge of property in Central Otago, he’s simply more likely to generate the best possible sale price for you. Andrew enjoys a high volume of repeat and referral business as he impresses clients with his manner of work. He understands the importance of staying in constant communication, keeping you in the loop and shaping his strategy around your priorities, and he endeavours to make the process relaxed and stress-free for you. Always striving to know more and do more. Listing your property for sale with the right salesperson, team and marketing plan has never been more important. Andrew believes he and Harcourts Alexandra are the answer, as they offer an unrelenting work ethic, unquestionable teamwork, a sheer rejection of the word “can’t” and 100 per cent commitment to your goal. Outside of work, Andrew loves spending time in the great outdoors of Central Otago with his wife Kate, their friends, their adult children Nick and Heidi and granddaughter Autumn.
