Caleb has been my preferred Real Estate Agent for 6 years while looking for property and living in Christchurch in which time I have bought two houses and sold my present property. In my previous reviews I have stated it was the person not the Agency that I wanted to deal with and it's been a pleasure to follow Caleb into his own Agency and to be the first listing and first sale for GRIFFOEN. Dealing with Caleb is always a fun and professional experience. I found Caleb to be knowledgeable, respectful, ethical and motivated. His knowledge is broad around the real estate industry and he has been able to answer any questions I've had about systems and procedures in buying and selling property. He has respected my decisions and choices and assisted in any way possible - I think over and above in my initial search 6 years ago and my current search for another property. I feel I have been kept well informed with updates on a very regular basis in both the buying and selling process. When selling my present property I've been impressed by how honest Caleb has been in requiring information about the property and in particular encouraging me to obtain a Building Report to show any hidden problems that could cause problems for any purchasers and inhibit any possible sales. Again, I think this shows a high standard of professionalism and gives an indication of how ethical Caleb's values are. I have got to know Caleb well and enjoy the personal side of our professional relationship. We both have a good sense of humor which has made the process of buying and selling enjoyable and fun keeping a light side to a serious experience. I wish Caleb well with GRIFFOEN. and hope he has much success. Gauging by my experience I believe he will.
