Caleb is very good to deal with. Provided good (and realistic) advice re the sale of the house. He puts technology to good use in the sale process. His team is also very good to deal with. He was responsive to phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. Has good market knowledge, and his estimate on the first day we met reflected in the sale price.

He found the buyer himself — that says it all
I recently used Jack to sell a family property and was impressed by how actively he went about finding the right buyer. Rather than relying solely on the listing to do the work, Jack got on the phone — calling contacts in his database who lived nearby to see if they knew anyone who might be interested, and reaching out to active buyers he'd already been working with on other properties. The buyer who ended up purchasing wasn't someone who stumbled across the listing. Jack had contacted them directly. That kind of initiative is what separates agents who work a campaign from those who just run one. Jack did the former. Would recommend without hesitation.
