Jess done an absolutely amazing job! I live in Tauranga and listed my house in Christchurch. Being an older house there was some maintenance and repairs that were needed prior to selling. Being in Tauranga was quite difficult to arrange and coordinate trades people. Jess was brilliant, she arranged quotes and met people on site to help the process move along.
