Nice meeting and talking with Kam that night, very professional dealing...

The same night when I meet Kam, I gave an offer and the following day he process and the offer was accepted. A little bet of bargaining with some minor issues but the process is very smooth. Just come up the the regular process of buying property, after inspection and some paper work...then we call Done. Very professional to deal with...
