Great experience selling our properties

Knowledgable agent
Energetic again whose attention to detail is excellent. Good communication with us. Went out of his way to get documents to us while we were in difficult places with little or no facilities. He sold our house quickly, reflecting he did as we asked and achieved the price we sought.

Kelly was the agent we dealt with when purchasing our property in Wanaka
From the get go, Kelly was fully engaged with us as potential buyers for his clients property. We were late participants but Kelly made us and obviously the vendors, fully aware of the processes and protocols involved. He was very professional and was completely aware of the laws and rules. We appreciated that. As out of town buyers, we relied on the information Kelly sent us. We have commented often that the pictures painted a very good picture of the property and did not embellish nor understate any of the features. We got what we signed up for! We found Kelly great to deal with. He was pleasant and personable. We enjoyed his company over a cup of good cheer upon the hand over of the keys! Thank you Kelly

Great Communication
Hi Nicki was great to communicate with for my recent purchase. She also kept in touch after settlement date, and was available to help with the furniture delivery which was needed when you live outside Wanaka. Nicki is a lovely friendly person with great local knowledge.
