This is not the first time of working with Jamie Gemmell but the first time on the buyers side of the deal. Its no surprise that she was just as professional to me as the buyer as to when we were selling our last home, with her being our agent on that occasion. Her loyalty to the Vendor was obvious but realistic to both sides of the deal. She made it all make sense. I would highly recommend working with Jamie and I myself would certainly be more comfortable buying a property that she is representing.

Nikki is energetic and enthusiastic which I can imagine would be motivating to buyers. We worked together on the best features to renovate to achieve a fast sale in a slow market. As we had already moved away she was great with recommending handyman/builder with a few things. She was also very knowledgeable about market conditions and seasonality helping to reach timely decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and she has single-minded focus.
