Nikki very professional. Quick to point out some of my misunderstandings. I thought a little harsh re my contact with sellers family who approached me and i found to be helpful re my impending takeover. Misunderstanding re Moving Hub requesting me to provide gas and electric readings. I provided written request to tenant ( daughter of seller) to do this plus request to have carpet laid 2 days before takeover. Changed mind about carpet before calling to do said readings. Tenant showed me where readings could be seen. Agent called later same day and said i could get her into trouble ?? i was acting under constant txts/phone calls from moving hub to do above.. I had permission from sellers daughter to come weed a very overgrown garden and plant some shrubs from previous home but have not done so due to uncertainty of legality. The said shrubs now probably un useable. Have bought and sold many times but not met with such resistance before. But i do acknowledge that things may have changed recently. Nikki is very good at her profession. However have not met with these restrictions previously.

Michelle was the perfect agent..really!.. I mean she certainly went the extra mile for me during the summer when it was hot beach days, doing heaps private viewings and keeping me updated everyday.
