Guess work was never required with hayley. We were promptly informed of any developments through a challenging process due to a cash exit clause being invoked .Hayley was thoroughly professional with a measure of warmth. Hayley was clearly respectfully aware of the enormity of a house purchase/sale in peoples lives. We did ask her the detail of the cash offer invoked, and always the professional, she would not disclose.The icing on the cake for us was taking possession on the day with a warm welcome and receiving a very thoughtful gift from hayley.
