Absolute Legends
Paula went well above and beyond to help me find the perfect home, and made the whole process feel a whole lot less stressful and a lot more fun. Communication was spot on the whole way through, and they rolled up with Plan A right through to Z. Would 100% recommend Pam and Paula if you’re after an epic home-buying experience with a few laughs thrown in for good measure!

Professional, Caring and Exceptional from Start to Finish
Pam and Paula were absolutely wonderful to work with when selling Mum and Dad’s home. From the very beginning, they were incredibly respectful of the time I needed to organise and tidy the house after my parents moved out. They worked around my schedule to ensure we could achieve the best possible presentation, with beautiful photos and staging at the most convenient time for our family. They were proactive from day one, immediately contacting suitable buyers from their database and arranging viewings. They held regular open homes and kept me informed every step of the way with prompt, honest, and detailed feedback after each inspection. What impressed me most was their commitment and communication. Even while dealing with personal emergencies, they always made time to answer my calls and ensure I knew exactly what was happening. I never felt unsupported or left wondering. Selling a family home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but Pam and Paula made the entire process feel smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. Friendly, helpful and great communication every step of the way!
Kirstens easy friendly manner fully supports her communication skills. Feedback was offered from viewings quickly and we were kept us up to date with changes. Kirsten answered any questions of ours clearly and fully, explaining further when needed. Kirsten explained her marketing strategy fully to my Mother, my brother and I, while being very open to changes...we decided to go with her ideas, because her explanations supported her ideas so well.
