Hayley Shaw was warm, friendly and professional. She was knowledgable about the house, the local area, and gave us plenty of tips to help make our buying process easier. But it was her communication that was particularly outstanding. She kept us in the loop with everything we needed to know and checked in with us every step of the way to make sure that we had what we needed and that the process was smooth. She managed multiple visits at a tenanted property for a range of specialist pre-purchase reports, attended them herself and was able to feed back useful information from their inspections. With Hayley, we received 5-star service all the way.

I found Owen to be very helpful, and really goes out of his way to help you, he is very laid back but professional at all times, very patient and really listens to what the buyer is looking for. Owen is an experienced and very knowledgable agent he knows the area and the demands in Taranaki. He is honest, patient and works overtime and even answers the phone outside of work hours. I would highly recommended Owen as one of the best agents I have dealt with or even better the best agent in Taranaki!!

We find Kelly to be very pro-active. Her communication is excellent. Our experience with Kelly with the 2 houses we bought, and the one we sold, has been smooth, and worry free. When house hunting Kelly went out of her way to show us as many as she could, even hunting out others not listed. Will use Kelly again.

Inherently ( as an engineer ) I have a distrust of sales people, as does my sister. But our experience with Pam has been no less than perfect. She and her sidekick ( her husband and business partner ) are by no means your archetypal ''pushy'' and ''in your face'' sales people. They go about their business in a subtle but effective manner that so many sales people could learn from. I have a mental list of real estate people in Hawera I would not touch with a barge pole because I do not resonate with their general attitude . But absolutely we resonate with Pam and her husband. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. We were recommended to them solely by word of mouth and always that is a solid indicator, especially in small communities. We have a second property to on sell and entrust that they will sell at a fair price and in an orderly manner
