While I was stressing over the damage a leaking water cylinder caused and the subsquent insurance claim being declined Hayley calmly suggested that their property Manager Stass take charge of its repair for me. Being a First Home Buyer comes with its' many challenges, one of them being an incredible lack of knowledge. I came onto the Hāwera Real Estate scene completely clueless as I had only recently moved here, was really lost, and desperately needed some guidance to help me through the daunting process. Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process of our house purchase. As first home buyers, we came into the process not knowing a whole lot and Kirsten made everything so easy to understand.
