Pam updated us after every communication with perspective buyers and gave us clear uncomplicated options when we had to choose. She made everything flow easily including the availability to sign agreements via docuSign. She marketed the property expertly and I really appreciated her upfront style and honesty. Pam won't promise you the world without delivering, she is realistic in her price appraisal which generated plenty of interest - and achieved a very good price.
