Nicole recently sold our property, Her friendly manner and knowledge of our area is such a huge asset to have for an agent. She always was informative and went the extra mile baking bread for the photo shoot and I loved how she brought cake to the viewings so those viewing could have a cuppa tea and take their time as there is always a lot to look at in a lifestyle block. Jill and Karyn were amazing to deal with right from the start when we did an appraisal of our property. They let us know exactly what we needed to do to get our property ready to sell and worked with us during this process. The rest was easy and we always new how the sale process was tracking with up dated reports each week and when they had enquiries. Creative and professional advertising campaign which featured staff members, their kids and my neighbours. Great support with getting the house ready to sell - going the extra mile on several occasions. Excellent, seamless cover by colleague when she was not available due to injury. Happy to answer any question and explain all options along the way. Property sold after 3 weeks on the market. I am very happy with the result.
