Out of 10, they get 15!
My wife and I sold our house this month and we would like to say that our Eves agents Brooke & Dynasty from the Waihi Branch went well above what we expected of an agent. They kept us informed at all times through the process which went very smoothly. Their work ethic could not be faulted. They were a pleasure to work with and we both enjoyed the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. Out of 10 they get 15! Thank you so much!

Brooke is a most pleasant person to deal with.
From start to finish she and her associate Steve were totally professional and approachable with any matter we entertained. Never did they demean or ignore our needs. Readily available to answer queries, always positive and smiling. We recommend them to any purchaser as they always acted in a most professional manner. They take a personal interest in the needs of both the seller and the purchaser.

Brooke catered for all our needs and went the extra mile.
Brooke being a local Waihi person had a good grasp of the local market which we were then able to quickly agree on the price for the sale of our home along with how it should be sold. During the selling process Brooke communicated with us well by providing potential buyer feed back. Brooke quickly alerted us to areas where we needed to improve our home and again this assisted in a quick sale.
