Pat is a wonderful person to work with as she is considerate and compassionate. We were looking for a family house, and Pat went above and above to assist us, even recommending homes listed by her colleagues. Despite the fact that she was representing the vendor, we felt "cared for" during the entire process. I liked how she recommended our kids put the "sold" stickers on the For Sale sign - this is the first time we've ever been given the opportunity to do so, even though we've bought a property before. We strongly recommend Pat and will absolutely utilise her as our agent if the need arises.
