Pat provided a good level of communication, however over the last 6 months I can say that there are very few agents claiming to 'knoweth market at the moment. Pat 's easygoing style suited me, she did not add any pressure during the due diligence and conditional phase which was great and she seemed to have really clicked with the vendor, offering insights to their thinking which was helpful.

I have known Pat since I was a child, and she even helped me into my very first rental, so when it came time to sell our home, we knew she was the perfect person for the job. Pat was incredible throughout the entire process. She was always available to chat whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or answers to our many questions, and she had such a great way of breaking down all the real estate jargon so we could fully understand everything happening along the way. We were honestly blown away by how quickly Pat sold our house, especially as we were working within a bit of a deadline. Not only did she get it sold with time to spare, but she also achieved a price we were really happy with.
