I have known Pat since I was a child, and she even helped me into my very first rental, so when it came time to sell our home, we knew she was the perfect person for the job. Pat was incredible throughout the entire process. She was always available to chat whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or answers to our many questions, and she had such a great way of breaking down all the real estate jargon so we could fully understand everything happening along the way. We were honestly blown away by how quickly Pat sold our house, especially as we were working within a bit of a deadline. Not only did she get it sold with time to spare, but she also achieved a price we were really happy with. As it was our first home, it held so many special memories for us, so it meant a lot knowing Pat connected us with the right buyer, someone who will love this home just as much as we did, and we know the home will love her right back. I asked Pat to look at my property as I was thinking of selling, I have dealt with Pat for a few years now and actually purchased this house with Pat been the agent back then. I asked for a realistic figure of what it was worth and that was what I received, from day of listing Pat was in contact either directly or from her assistant on what was happening, I never had to follow up and ask. Pat talked me through the negotiation and also when the buyer asked for extensions talked with me and gave me options. I will definitely keep using Pat as my house realestate person Thanks Pat for a clean and easy selling process.
