Market knowledge excellent. Communicates comprehensively. Very professional. Pat is very friendly and knowledgeable. She's very helpful. I went through her because she sold me my present house and it was an easy process. As to the sale price of this house (see below) - that is not her fault or doing and should not be put against her.

Pat was amazingly prepared when she first came to visit us .She went through what the market was doing at the time , recent sales in the area etc…all the information to make an informed decision. She was recommended by a friend and definitely did not disappoint. Pat actually listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get us where we wanted to be. We had a few frustrating moments along the way but she helped us work through them. An absolutely lovely lady that you can laugh with , be totally honest with and someone that we would highly recommend to anyone selling a home like we did. She definitely works for you 😊

Pretty hard to beat from start to end. Always kept me in the loop and dealt with any obstacles very professionally. A tenant who was not always cooperative never phased her. Highly recommend she makes the process so easy.
