We received a reasonable offer for our property 2 weeks after advertising. She’s a miracle worker! Upon first meeting Denise, she came in prepared with details about our home, what we can sell it for and a marketing strategy. She was very good at communicating with us and was very accommodating -especially since we were already overseas. We chose her as our agent because she left a strong impression -she genuinely cares about us. If she can make us feel comfortable and listened to, we hoped that potential buyers would feel that too.
