Ron had sold this property to us a few years back, and we had such a great experience we had no hesitation bringing him back on board when we needed to sell to move down to Wellington. From the get-go, Ron and Kyle provided fantastic advice around how we should market the property. They kept us updated at all points throughout the sale, were always available for all our questions (no matter how silly), and were open and transparent with all feedback which was coming through from the market. The open homes they ran were slick and professional, and we were stoked to see multiple groups come through every open home (which was great to see in a market with lots of properties available to buyers). They managed to bring us in multiple offers over the course of the sale, answered all questions and concerns we had about the offers, and their professional advice was appreciated when we needed it.
