He obviously works really hard "behind the scenes" as it were because he has brought results by the deadline sale date for both homes - the second one in a very difficult market. Ron had sold this property to us a few years back, and we had such a great experience we had no hesitation bringing him back on board when we needed to sell to move down to Wellington.
